It’s cold outside, but I’m prepared! Here’s how to warm up the morning with a bowl, a microwave and a handy sized espresso cup.
Start with one cup of rolled oats:
Add them to a bowl with two cups of milk:
Stir, microwave at full power for one minute, stir, then full power for another minute:
Eat!
Oops, almost forgot the best bit…
Mmmm, breakfast.
It’s definitely the best breakfast to have in the old weather… simple and comforting.

I’ve turned to the same since it got cold…Here’s a tip. Use the ‘Old Fashioned’ oats that are twice as chunky. Then add hot chocolate powder and raisins. Now that’s a breakfast…and on occasion an evening snack also :)
